Since upReach were founded in 2012, we’ve strongly believed in the value of working in close partnership with employers, universities and charities in our sector.

Employers typically partner with us to support their wider diversity objectives. upReach help top graduate employers create the conditions for a more diverse workforce to thrive within their organisation. Our Partner Employers host Insight Days, provide mentors and professional work experience opportunities, and take care to ensure their recruitment processes are fair.

Strong partnerships with universities are crucial to our success - we work closely with Widening Participation and Careers Services to help them achieve their progression goals. Specifically, upReach’s comprehensive programme of professional development helps universities increase the proportion of students from a WP background that secure internships and graduate jobs.

Growth Catalyst Partnership

We are delighted to be supported by BofAML, our Lead Partner in Banking and Finance, who are helping upReach towards achieving our goal of supporting 2000 students per year by 2020-21. Since 2017, BofAML have also supported the 'Banking and Finance Springboard,' a programme designed to help 90 students from less-advantaged backgrounds to access career opportunities in financial services. Lead Partner in Law

Slaughter and May exclusively sponsor the upReach Law Springboard, launched in March 2019. This programme is designed to support a cohort of 90 upReach Associates to secure career opportunities in the legal sector.
