The issue Equal academic achievement at university does not translate into equal career progression or earnings and graduates from less-privileged backgrounds are poorly represented in the professions.

The programme With employers and universities we are running a professional development programme to improve access to the professions. Our Founding Partners are Clifford Chance, KPMG, Accenture, Deloitte and Exeter University.
